SPINNING ON A DROP SPINDLE with Carla Mantel
Sunday, July 16, 1-3pm
Learn to spin the simple way, on a drop spindle. Feel the fleece run through your fingers and turn into yarn. With a little practice you can start to make your own yarn to knit or crochet. No prior knowledge required. $20 plus $10 supply fee. The supply fee buys you a spindle and wool to start.

Freeform Crochet with Barb Olson
Saturday July 22, 1-3 pm
It's wild and crazy time at the crochet coral! Barb will help you think and work thoroughly outside the box. Bring any or all of your yarn scraps and a selection of larger crochet hooks. You must know how to do the single crochet stitch. $20 plus a small supply fee if you bring no yarn.

FELTING A BAR OF SOAP with Sue Hensel
Saturday, July 29, 1-3pm
No knitting, no crochet. Just lovely carded wool. We will wet-felt wool around bars of soap to make a colorful, gentle spa soap/scrubber. It's fun, simple, and wet. Bring gloves and an apron if you wish to remain sort of dry. $20 +$5 supply fee.
